2. Hosting Services
- If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. This applies only to new accounts and does not include fees for domain registration or additional services.
- After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be issued for hosting services.
3. Web App Development
- Refunds for web app development services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a project does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or deadlines, you may request a refund. A detailed explanation of the issues must be provided.
- If work has commenced, refunds may be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
4. Dedicated Servers
- Clients can request a refund within 30 days of setting up a dedicated server if they experience significant performance issues not resolved by our support team.
- After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for dedicated server services.
5. Domain Name Registration
- Domain name registration fees are non-refundable once the registration is complete. This includes renewals and transfers.
- If a domain name is not successfully registered, a full refund will be issued.
6. Custom App Development
- Refunds for custom app development will be assessed based on the progress of the project. If the delivered product does not meet the agreed-upon requirements, clients may request a refund, which may be prorated based on completed work.
- Refund requests must include detailed information regarding how the project failed to meet specifications.
7. Networking Services
- Refunds for networking services will be considered if there is a failure to deliver services as promised. Requests must be made within 30 days of the service start date.
8. Exclusions
- Refunds will not be issued for any services rendered that have been used or are beyond the eligibility period outlined in this policy.
- Any fees associated with third-party services or products are non-refundable.
